This is the release of our second batch of aged Rye. This rye is extremely smooth for being 90 proof. Up front you taste a harmony of sweet caramel, honey and vanilla, but it finishes with a slight peppery pop of the rye grain. Approximately 75 bottles will be for sale, so get it before we run out.
