Currently, he serves as the Executive Sous Chef and Center of the Plate Specialist at Fossil Farms, where he focuses on sustainable, high-quality meats and game. In his spare time, Jeff teams up with his friend John Sauchelli for their side venture, Streets, bringing creative, street-inspired dishes to food lovers.
